EFF supports calls to subpoena O’Sullivan and Mokgotsi before Ad Hoc

EFF MP serving in Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee Leigh-Ann Mathys says they support calls for both private investigator Paul O’Sullivan and North West businessman Brown Mogotsi to be subpoenaed to appear before the committee.
The committee, looking into concerns around national security, has taken a decision that the two must be subpoenaed.
This after it emerged that both will not be available on the dates scheduled for them to testify.
Mathys demands a report on the summoning of Paul O’Sullivan.
“We have a witness here. He sent a message that threatens a witness. We have done absolutely. We still do not have a forensic investigator. Now we are being asked about Brown Mogotsi busy telling us because we have set a path to where we are being treated like this and I don’t know if its intentional of this GNU leadership here in Parliament to make us look to decapacitate this committee that by the time we are done there is nothing.”
