New Banff is in need of a city hall and numerous service expansions. Rather than demolishing existing buildings for these new facilities, the city has opted for greenfield development. Because of a lack of nearby space, expansion will take place across the river, and embrace the natural terrain.

In this one, we’ll lay out this new downtown, including adding a new highway connection and interchange. We’ll embrace the terrain, and and attempt to create something that feels organic.
