Ramaphosa urges South Africans to vote in local govt elections
With less than 10 days before the local government elections, African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa has once again called on South Africans to go out in their numbers and vote on election day.
He was leading the ANC election campaign trail in Diepkloof and Orlando East in Soweto on Sunday afternoon.

South Africans will vote in the country’s seventh local polls on the 4th of November.
Ramaphosa says it is their civic duty to participate in the democratic elections.
Meanwhile, Ramaphosa has also decried the political killings that have rocked some parts of the country recently.
Last week four ANC members were killed in Katlehong, east of Johannesburg, and two in Umgababa in Kwa Zulu-Natal. He says political parties must implore on their members to avoid political violence.
