Another judicial victory for the trump administration. The Supreme Court allowed the firing of tens of thousands of probationary federal employees to move forward. This temporary ruling means employees in six federal agencies will remain on paid administration leave. This decision came down as lawmakers held a hearing to determine how much workspace the federal government actually needs, especially in the wake of layoffs.
