The High Court in Pretoria is expected to hear whether accused number one, Muzi Sibiya, in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will still have legal representation.

This after defence counsel Charles Mnisi told the court last week that he might not be ready to proceed, after being granted yet another postponement.

Sibiya was left without legal representation after the passing of his lawyer Thulani Mngomezulu in December 2024.
