Accused number three in six-year-old Joshlin Smith’s kidnapping and human trafficking case, Kelly, has broken down at the Western Cape High Court sitting in Saldanha Bay after a video with Patriotic Alliance (PA) leader, Gayton McKenzie, was played in court.

In the video, McKenzie can be heard asking Kelly about her missing daughter, Joshlin.

The video was taken last year when Kelly attended an event on March 3.

State witness Colonel Riaan Morris is to testify about the authenticity of the video evidence brought forward by the State.

Jacquen Appollis, Steveno van Rhyn and Kelly Smith stand accused of kidnapping and trafficking Joshlin in February last year.
