Cheetahs bid several players farewell
Loose forward Jeandre Rudolph is among a group of players set to leave the Cheetahs.
The 31-year-old, who has made 74 appearances for the Bloemfontein-based side, told Netwerk24 that he had not signed a contract elsewhere.
Other players whose Cheetahs’ deals expire at the end of June are loose forward Andisa Ntsila and props Robert Hunt, Laurence Victor and Schalk Ferreira.
Hunt and Victor will reportedly play for the Newport-based Dragons and Boland, respectively
According to Netwerk24, prop Banele Mthenjane is also reportedly leaving the Cheetahs, while fullback Andell Loubser’s contract has expired.
The Cheetahs have signed two new props, with John-Kelly Okonkwo having already joined them from Wits and Tielman Nieuwoudt on his way to Bloem from the Bulls.
