Radzuma siblings back in court for SAMWU leaders’ murder case – SABC News
The three Radzuma siblings accused of killing two SAMWU leaders in Limpopo are expected to be back in the High Court in Thohoyandou.
They are being tried for more than 40 counts, including the murders of SAMWU leaders, Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani, in the court sitting in the Waterval Magistrate’s Court outside Louis Trichardt.
The murders are suspected to be related to investments in the now-defunct VBS mutual bank. Radzuma Siblings Back in Court for SAMWU leaders’ Murders.
“All the 150 state witnesses who were lined up to testify have already taken the stand. Percy and Simon Radzuma are being tried for the separate killings of Musetsho and Mani. The third sibling, Ndivhuwo, allegedly killed a person of interest in the SAMWU killings, Zwothe Nemulodi. Musetsho and Mani were allegedly killed for speaking out against the investment made by the Vhembe district municipality in the defunct VBS bank. The municipality had illegally invested more than R300 million.”
