He has been charged with the murder of Singh.
Singh was gunned down in a parking in uMhlanga on December 29, 2024.
The father of one was killed in a hail of bullets while seated in his vehicle in a parking lot.
Ferrel and his younger brother Darren Govender were arrested and charged with singh’s murder.
The motive, police claim, is that Singh had been having an affair with Ferrel’s girlfriend.
