Ndimande brothers set to appear in Durban Magistrate’s Court
The two men who are the latest suspects to be charged for the murder of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane are expected to make their second appearance in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
The two brothers, Siyabonga and Melusi Ndimande, who were recently extradited from eSwatini face 11 charges, including two counts of murder for the fatal shooting of Forbes and Motsoane outside a restaurant on Florida Road in Durban in February 2023.
The Ndimande brothers face the same charges as their five co-accused, who are due to stand trial next year.
The brothers are also accused of several separate high-profile murder cases linked to the taxi industry.
