Attempted murder accused and alleged criminal cartel kingpin Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala appears before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee for the second day of his testimony at the Kgosi Mampuru Prison in Pretoria.

The committee is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
