Bulelani ‘Boro” Mbunjana hails from the vibrant township of Mdanstane in East
London. he kicked off his DJ career in 2010 and soon ventured into the media
industry space in 2011 – 2012, becoming a resident DJ at local community radio
station, and Mdanstane FM.
Specializing in Deep, Soulful as well as Deep Techno House, exploring the local EL & JHB events scene alongside a range DJs at some of the most established and popular venues, such as Azurro, OhMi Gin Bar & OhMi Restro Bar.
He recently prides himself in being a 5-week, straight winning contender on The House Connect DJ Challenge, hosted by DJ Lloyd every Saturday from 5pm – 7pm on 5FM radio Boro has featured as a guest DJ on Deep House SA – 051, Deep House Cats Sa – 163, Deep House Auckland (NZ) – 019, Slow Sessions – 123 and Live Stream with Beats.TV.
Currently a monthly Residency on Bloop London Radio (UK – based onlne radio). He always brings a deep love for music and DJing to all his events. He enjoys networking and sharing stages with local talent. Bulelani ‘Boro” is ready and waiting for an opportunity to spread his wings and showcase is talent to the world.
