Composed by Melville van der Spuy in 1981 for Orchestra and Mass Choirs (school and university choir collaborations) on the occasion of the opening of the State Theatre in Pretoria. The music is based on 1892 George William Warren’s “National Hymn,” which is later known as “God of Our Fathers (Whose Almighty Hand).”

Further information on the song, including the title, lyrics, and occasions of usage, is yet to be known.
