The Chiefs achieved their largest-ever victory margin in Super Rugby to shoot back to the top of the log.

Winger Leroy Carter and scrumhalf Cortez Ratima both scored hat-tricks as the hosts ran in 13 tries to crush Moana Pasifika 85-7.

The visitors had come into the match with confidence having beaten the Blues last week, but were humbled in Hamilton.
