Weekend forecast: Disruptive rain alert in KwaZulu-Natal as scattered showers spread across the east
The weekend weather will bring a mix of cloudy, cool conditions and isolated to scattered showers across much of the country, with a Yellow Level 2 warning for disruptive rain in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday.

Saturday, 19 July: Yellow Level 2 Warning for disruptive rain along the east coast. Expect widespread showers, overcast skies, and cool conditions.
Durban: High of 20°C, low of 14°C with heavy rain at times.
Sunday, 20 July:Showers ease, but some lingering drizzle remains.
High of 21°C, low of 16°C.
Eastern Cape
Saturday: Cloudy with scattered rain, especially along the coast.
Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth): High of 19°C, low of 10°C.
East London: Cloudy with light rain, 19°C/13°C.
Sunday: Warmer with some sun breaking through. Highs climb to 26°C along the coast.
Mpumalanga
Saturday:
Mbombela: Cloudy and cool with persistent drizzle. High of approximately 20°C.
Sunday: Cloud cover persists with isolated showers.
Gauteng
Saturday: Partly cloudy and cooler than Friday.
Johannesburg: High of 19°C, low of 8°C.
Pretoria: 20°C/8°C, with mild westerly breezes.
Sunday: Overcast at times, with a cooler high of 17–20°C across the province.
Limpopo
Saturday: Cooler day with 21°C high, 6°C low in Polokwane.
Sunday: Overcast with potential for isolated showers in southern areas. High of 19°C.
