Police apprehend card scamming suspects after swift chase

Standerton police have arrested three suspects aged between 33 and 47 in connection with a card scamming incident on the R39 road, a route connecting Morgenzon and Standerton.

The alarm was raised when a security company received reports of the card scam. In a timely response, they accessed CCTV footage from the filling station, which provided vital images of the suspects and the vehicle involved in the criminal act. This crucial evidence was instrumental in alerting the police to their activities.

As law enforcement approached, the suspects attempted to evade capture by fleeing towards Morgenzon via the R39 road.
