Rewind: Bok backs run rampant in TRC ’24
With “Tonyball” now well and truly integrated as part of the Springboks’ DNA, it stands to reason that the South Africans will score some more stunning tries during the 2025 edition of The Rugby Championship.

The defending champions will look to better the 24 tries they scored in last year’s Championship.
The team’s first assignment is a double-header against the Wallabies on home soil, with the first being at Ellis Park on 16 August followed by a rematch in Cape Town a week later.
Springbok attack coach Tony Brown will be looking to the likes of Cheslin Kolbe, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Aphelele Fassi and Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu to ignite the Bok backline and be the catalyst for many Test-winning tries.
