Mpumalanga man gets 15 more years while already serving time – SABC News


The Boschfontein Regional Court in Nkomazi, Mpumalanga, has sentenced a 26-year-old man to 15 years in prison for two counts of rape.

Pikinini Solvent Phesane was already serving a 15-year sentence for a separate rape case.

The Boschfontein regional court sentenced Pheshane for the two offences he committed in KaMhlushwa in 2020 and 2021.

One victim was attacked while sleeping at her boyfriend’s home. The other was abducted and raped in a forest in 2021.

DNA evidence linked Phesane to both crimes.
