The dispute over the final resting place of former Zambian President Edgar Lungu is back in court.

The full bench of the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria will hear the Lungu family’s bid for leave to appeal the entire judgment of the court which found that the Zambian government is entitled to repatriate the remains of the former Zambian President for the purposes of a State funeral and burial.
