Pumas’ big guns take aim at All Blacks

Argentina have recalled several star players for Saturday’s Rugby Championship clash with the All Blacks in Cordoba.

Toulouse fullback Juan Cruz Mallía and Clermont wing Bautista Delguy return to the back three, joining Harlequins flyer Rodrigo Isgró, who impressed against the British & Irish Lions.

In midfield, Lucio Cinti lines up at outside centre alongside another Toulouse standout, Santiago Chocobares.

Halfbacks Gonzalo García and Tomás Albornoz, influential against the Lions but absent for the England Tests, are reunited.

In the pack, Joaquín Oviedo starts at No 8 with Marcos Kremer and Pablo Matera on the flanks, while young locks Pedro Rubiolo and Franco Molina add muscle in the second row.

Captain Julián Montoya anchors the scrum between loosehead Mayco Vivas and tighthead Pedro Delgado.
