Boland bolster front row for Pumas clash
Boland Cavaliers coach Hawies Fourie has made five changes for Friday’s Currie Cup match against the Pumas in Nelspruit.
Wayrin Losper and Dayan van der Westhuizen are back at loosehead and tighthead prop respectively, while HP van Schoor starts at hooker. Sidney Tobias is rested, with Llewellyn Claasen providing cover from the bench.
Michael Benadie and Jurie van Vuuren reunite in the second row, while Khwezi Mafu earns a start in the loose trio after impressing off the bench against the Vodacom Bulls.
In the backline, James Tedder returns at fullback after recovering from a back injury, while top try-scorer Donovan Don (seven in four matches) is sidelined. Marcqwien Titus comes in on the right wing.

The Cavaliers head into Friday’s fixture knowing a win will all but secure their place in the semi-finals. However, they will have to overcome a Pumas side that has already edged them twice this year – 34-32 in an SA Cup league game and 31-29 in the semi-final.
