Pumas tweak team for All Blacks rematch

Argentina coach Felipe Contepomi has made two changes to his starting XV for Saturday’s Rugby Championship clash against New Zealand in Buenos Aires.

Los Pumas are looking to bounce back from last weekend’s 41-24 defeat to the All Blacks in Córdoba.

In the backline, try-scorer Rodrigo Isgró drops out of the match 23 altogether, with Mateo Carreras coming in on the left wing and Bautista Delguy shifting across to the right.

Up front, Juan Martín González is promoted from the bench to start at openside flank, with Marcos Kremer providing cover among the replacements.

Contepomi has otherwise kept faith with the side that impressed in patches during the first Test.

TEAM: 100 up for All Blacks hooker, debutant at 8

The Pumas will need to raise their game if they are to claim a fourth-ever win – and first in Argentina – over the All Blacks, who begin the weekend top of the world rankings.
