SA Post Office to continue to deliver documents, letters to the US – SABC News
The South African Post Office (SA Post Office) says it will continue to deliver documents, letters and exempted mail such as the one from the military to the US.
On Friday, it announced the suspension of all outbound parcel services to the US.
This follows new tariffs that President Donald Trump has imposed on imports from many countries including South Africa.
Meanwhile, an appeals court in the US has ruled that most of the tariffs are illegal.
The Trump administration has signaled its intent to appeal the ruling.
The SA Post Office temporarily suspends all parcel services to USA due to US government regulations.
