Former KZN municipal manager in court for Sindiso Magaqa murder case – SABC News
The bail application of a former municipal manager charged with the murder of former African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) Secretary-General Sindiso Magaqa is expected to continue in the uMzimkhulu Magistrate’s Court in KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday.
During the last appearance, Prosecutor Advocate Lawrence Gcaba told the court it’s believed that 55-year-old Zweliphansi Sikhosana is the surviving mastermind in Magaqa’s murder.
It’s alleged that Magaqa was murdered in 2017 because he was a vocal critic of how the finances for the refurbishment of a Memorial Hall were handled.
