The first accused in the Lusikisiki massacre murder trial Mzukisi Ndamase will continue cross-examining the section 204 witness, Lwando Abi, at the High Court sitting in the Eastern Cape on Monday.

Ndamase’s line of questions last week focused on their relationship and the information provided by Abi in his testimony.

The relationship between Ndamase and Abi allegedly began in prison, where they were both incarcerated.

Allegations made by Abi include that Ndamase put out the order to kill a number of people that including a councillor, a chief and a police officer in Lusikisiki.

Ndamase refutes all the allegations against him, saying his criminal activities relate to cash-in-transit heists and other robberies, not drugs and murder.
