Vhavenda kingship case postponed to December for closing arguments – SABC News
The Vhavenda throne battle has been adjourned until December in the High Court in Polokwane, Limpopo.
About 20 witnesses have testified for the applicant and the respondent, Princess Masindi Mphephu and the former king Toni Mphephu Ramabulana, respectively.
The legal councils will present closing arguments on the 8th of December.
Judge President George Phatudi has ordered both councils to present their arguments orally.
“Having had council up to so far regarding the future regulations of this matter the following order will issue, one this matter is adjourned to the second week of December 2025 for arguments on the merits being from the 8th to the 12th of December 2025 in this court. Further to that council are directed to file heads of arguments 10 days before the hearing date on the 8th of December 2025.”
