Ramaphosa wins appeal in AmaZulu kingship battle – SABC News
President Cyril Ramaphosa has successfully appealed the December 2023 Gauteng High Court in Pretoria’s judgment that set aside the recognition of AmaZulu King, His Majesty King Misuzulu kaZwelithini.
The Supreme Court of Appeal has set aside the High Court order, which invalidated President Ramaphosa’s recognition of King MisuZulu KaZwelithini and replaced it with an order dismissing Prince Mbonisi Bekithemba Ka Bhekuzulu’s application with costs.
