Sindiso Magaqa murder case set to resume in PMB High Court on Monday – SABC News

The trial of the murder of Sindiso Magaqa is expected to continue on Monday at the Pietermaritzburg High Court, KwaZulu-Natal.

Magaqa was a former African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) secretary-general and uMzimkhulu councillor who died in hospital in 2017, months after gunmen opened fire on his car.

Former uMzimkhulu municipal manager, 55-year-old Zweliphansi Sikhosana, who was denied bail two weeks ago, will join co-accused Sbonelo Myeza and Mbulelo Mpofana in the dock.

This, after another accused, hitman Sibusiso Ncengwa, pleaded guilty and gave details of the murder plot in June.
