Durban – 12 October 2025: The Pinky Mothies Sari Queen Contest delivered an unforgettable evening of glamour, culture, and entertainment at the Kingsmead Cricket Stadium this past Sunday. With a packed audience cheering on every moment, the final audition showcased South Africa’s vibrant talent and elegance.

The highlight of the show was a dynamic performance by Rajiv Mothie & his Afrofusion crew, who set the stage ablaze with their signature blend of rhythm and dance. The energy in the stadium was electric, as contestants dazzled in their exquisite saris, celebrating heritage with pride and poise.

In a show of generosity and excitement, the crowd was treated to R21,000 in cash giveaways, along with numerous spot prizes, making the night even more memorable for attendees.

Adding star power to the occasion, the event was hosted by the charismatic Zakia Ahmed Siddiqi, who kept the audience enthralled throughout the night.
