Off-duty police officer murdered in NW – SABC News
Police management in the North West say an off-duty constable, Boikanyo Molale has been murdered, in Ganyesa, outside Vryburg.

Spokesperson Brigadier Sabata Mokgwabone says Molale’s body was found in the early hours of Saturday, at Thokoza Section.
“Preliminary investigation has revealed that a 30-year-old Molale, who was attached to Ganyesa Visible Policing, was allegedly assaulted by an unconfirmed number of suspects. The member was declared dead at the scene and thus far, two suspects, aged 22 and 27, have been arrested in connection with the murder,” says Mokgwabone.
He says the suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
“The motive of the incident is unclear at this stage, and the Acting Provincial Commissioner has instructed the investigation team to track and bring the remaining suspects to book to face the full might of the law,” he adds.
