A new witness has taken the stand at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.  The inquiry is investigating allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.

Captain Solomon Modisane, a senior Forensic Analyst (Ballistics) with the SAPS Forensic Science Laboratory in Silverton, Pretoria, and deployed to the Political Killings Task Team in KwaZulu-Natal, is testifying remotely, but on camera.
