The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit takes place in the ancient grounds of Gyeongju, South Korea, under the theme “Building a Sustainable Tomorrow: Connect, Innovate, Prosper”.

Speaking to the media, Gyeongju Mayor Joo Nak Young notes how the city has become the premier destination for culture and tourism.
