A celebration of excellence: Trinityhouse’s class of 2025 shines



Trinityhouse Schools are celebrating an exceptional set of results as the Class of 2025 achieved outstanding outcomes in the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations. A total of 287 students across four Gauteng campuses completed their final year with distinction, demonstrating not only strong academic performance but also resilience, integrity and perseverance, values that lie at the heart of the Trinityhouse community.

The Class of 2025 achieved a 97% Bachelor Degree pass rate and an average of 2.14 distinctions per student, reflecting a culture of academic rigour balanced with personal development and a strong Christian ethos.

Brand Academic Head of Trinityhouse, Sumari Purdon, praised the students for their dedication and consistency:

“The Class of 2025 has achieved strong IEB results, reflecting a sustained commitment to academic excellence. The cohort demonstrated resilience, focus and a clear engagement with a holistic educational approach. These outcomes highlight the collective effort of students and educators in delivering high-level academic performance.”

National recognition further underscored the calibre of this cohort. Several students were honoured with IEB Commendable Achievement Awards, recognising those ranked in the top 5% nationally in five subjects while achieving 80% or more in Life Orientation. These awards were presented to Timothy Simon Daubermann, Megan Eloff-Geldenhuys and Caitlin Alex Moorhouse from Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge.

Furthermore, recognition goes to Ruben Cilliers, Zachary John Williams, Jenna Jane Schulze

Eowyn Roodman, and Refiloe Mohlabi from Trinityhouse Little Falls, and Ke Xin Shi from Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge for achieving IEB Outstanding Achievement: Students achieving within the top 5% nationally in six or more subjects and scoring 80% or more in Life Orientation. 

Additionally, each campus produced exceptional individual performances, highlighting both academic depth and breadth across the group.

At Trinityhouse Randpark Ridge, excellence reached remarkable heights. Timothy Simon Daubermann, Megan Eloff-Geldenhuys, Jared Montjoie and Ke Xin Shi each achieved nine distinctions, while Dumisani Sidney Moyo earned eight distinctions. A further three students achieved a full house of seven distinctions: Khanyisile Nokulunga Mkhwanazi, Caitlin Alex Moorhouse and Tahir Parsard.

Trinityhouse Little Falls delivered particularly strong results. Zachary Williams, Refiloe Mohlabi, Ruben Cilliers and Mikha’eel Patel each achieved eight distinctions. A group of students also achieved a full house of seven distinctions, namely Jenna Jane Schulze, Eowyn Roodman, Carla Santiago, Alyssa Elflein and Chloe Tennick.

Trinityhouse Glenvista’s top performer was Nikolas Christopher Douglas Yarde, who achieved seven distinctions and contributed to the campus’s continued academic success.

Trinityhouse Centurion celebrated its top achievers Motheo Amogelang Lamola and Tristan Jay Neale, who each achieved six distinctions.

The newer campuses, Trinityhouse Glenvista and Trinityhouse Centurion, continued to shine by achieving a 100% pass rate for the third consecutive year, reflecting the strength of the Trinityhouse academic model and its ability to deliver excellence across diverse communities.
