Rea Vaya buses resume operations – SABC News
Rea Vaya buses are back to normal operations in Johannesburg this morning.
This after thousands of commuters were left stranded in Soweto yesterday due to a strike by bus operators.
Rea Vaya management has since released a social media post confirming that buses would be operating as normal.

Thousands of commuters who rely on the Bus Rapid Transport system, which spans over 75 kilometers and has 58 stations, were forced to find alternative transport.
Yesterday morning, drivers blocked the exit point of the Rea Vaya compound, halting operations and demanding the replacement of so-called unroadworthy buses.
