He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and has developed extensive expertise across criminal, civil, commercial, constitutional, labour, company, and international law.
Since 2004, he has practiced as a full-time advocate, representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters while earning a reputation for legal excellence, integrity, and professionalism. His expertise includes litigation, legal research, opinion writing, contract drafting, legal advisory services, and dispute resolution.
Upholding Professional Standards in South Africa
Beyond private practice, Jack serves as a panel member and presiding officer for disciplinary inquiries at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). In this capacity, he has presided over numerous professional disciplinary proceedings, contributing significantly to accountability and ethical standards within the healthcare sector.
His legal leadership has also extended into the corporate sector, where he previously served as Head of Legal and Legal Consultant for organizations including Petro-Energy South, EPA Developments, and Total Agribusiness South Africa.
