National Heritage Day celebrations take place today in Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo region of the Western Cape, where Deputy President Paul Mashatile will officiate.
The event is a collaboration with the national Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, the Western Cape Provincial Government and the Oudtshoorn Municipality.
This year’s theme is: “Re-imagine our Heritage Institutions for a New Era”.
