Police seek help to find missing Cape Flats girls – SABC News
Police have urged the public to be on the lookout for a missing 17-year-old girl and a three-year-old from Salberau in Elsies River on the Cape Flats.
Police spokesperson FC Van Wyk says the two missing girls, Zoe Joshua and Jermica Andrews, left home on September 11 without informing anyone.
He says at the time of their disappearance, Joshua was wearing black cargo pants and pink slippers.
Andrews was dressed in pink pants, a green hoodie top and a t-shirt and brown sandals.
