This is easily one of the worst weeks in PlayStation history as Sony announced they’re ending physical disc production, shutting down the PS Store on PS3 & Vita, AND taking away paid digital movies. Because in today’s digital landscape, you never really own anything. And Sony is catching a LOT of heat because of this, rightfully so. We’re hearing Project Helix might have no drive as well, BUT possible a Disc2Digital program for Series X? Is that what Sony could do? And is PS6 now delayed because of all this? Oh and we’re expecting some massive Xbox layoffs soon. Then there’s Sony’s comments on AI, PS Plus pricing, then we have PS5 sales results. There’s a lot of stuff happening. And we’re hear to discuss it, mourn it, and get upset about it. I’m still on copium people. Help me.
