About Megal[South Africa]:

Megal actually known as Marcelino Booysen is a DJ and dub techno enthusiast born and raised in the streets of Eldorado Park, South Africa. He’s musical journey started at the tender age of 8 years old when he discovered a reggae & dub record collection belonging to he’s dad. It was at this moment when he knew he wants to be a part of the music scene. Megal First became interested in the electronic music scene in 2009. In 2010 he joined Sound Magnetics where he was exposed to he’s first time playing electronic music at various clubs in Johannesburg. Mentoring by Wesley Damons and Shervaan Bergsteedt has gained him skills to develop he’s own unique style of Electronic music and Dub techno mixing. To Megal it’s all about a deep dubby mood and a hypnotic, atmospheric experience.
