Gaijin has a habit of nerfing some War Thunder tanks into the ground, and the Swedish Strf9040 BILL may have gotten it the worst. This CV90 no longer has a full stabilizer and cannot elevate or depress its missile launcher, making it essentially just a worse version of the other CV90s.
