uMkhonto weSizwe Party supporters to march to the Union Buildings – SABC News

The uMkhonto weSizwe Party’s members will march to the Union Buildings in Pretoria this morning.

The party’s Deputy President, John Hlophe, will lead the total shutdown march, which is aimed at demonstrating the MK Party’s support for KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.

This follows Mkhwanazi’s allegations that senior police officials, including Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, are corrupt and have links to criminal syndicates.

The march is the second of its kind that the MK Party is embarking on in Gauteng this week as it intensifies its support for Mkhwanazi.

The party says this morning’s march will form part of a series of events that the MKP in Gauteng will embark on.

It also says today’s march is part of its revolutionary duty to save South Africa.

MKP says these claims support the party’s long-held belief that the ANC of Ramaphosa is not only serving its white masters but its criminal friends at the expense of citizens.
