Hundreds of people, including community members, relatives, friends of the Zulu Royal family, as well as foreign dignitaries, are expected to attend King Misuzulu kaZwelithini‘s traditional wedding today.

It will take place at KwaKhangelamankengane in Nongoma.

The King is marrying Queen Nomzamo Myeni from the Jozini area in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

She will be the second wife, after Queen Ntokozo kaMayisela.

The palace spokesperson Prince Gibizizwe Zulu, says, “This is the continuation of Friday’s event but today is the traditional wedding and we expect thousands of people from local and outside the country to attend the wedding. The King will be tying knot with Queen Nomzamo Myeni from Jozini and she will be brought by senior members of Myeni family as our culture.”
