Storm damages more than 50 houses in Mpumalanga

Families in Buffelspruit in Mpumalanga who have been left without a shelter are calling for assistance from government after a storm left over 50 houses damaged in Buffelspruit, Nkomazi on Tuesday night.
One of the affected residents Gertrude Nkosi says, “This hurts me because I’m not working and there is nothing I can do about it. As you can see, the house has collapsed, we were very scared last night with the children, they didn’t even go to school today. I’m all alone, my husband passed away, I have seven children and no one is working.”
