Some people build businesses. Others build the people who build businesses. For four decades, Pam Snyman has done both — and that is exactly why she has been named among this year’s honourees at the Influential Awards 2026 – Cape Town Region.

Forty years in property, and still building

Pam has spent 40 years in South Africa’s real estate profession, wearing three hats that rarely sit on one head: business owner, educationist and mentor. Where many in the industry focus on the next sale, Pam has always focused on the next professional — the agent who needs the knowledge, structure and confidence to make a lasting career out of property.

Today she leads that mission as Founder and Principal MD of REDZetc — Real Estate Real Experts.

REDZetc: a launchpad for property professionals

REDZetc was built around a simple but powerful idea: give agents an innovative, secure foundation from which to establish themselves as true property professionals. Rather than leaving new and growing agents to find their own way in a demanding industry, REDZetc surrounds them with the support they need to build something sustainable.

The name says it all. Real Estate. Real Experts. It is a promise to clients — and a standard Pam holds her agents to.

Shaping the industry beyond her own agency

Pam’s influence doesn’t stop at her own office door. She serves on a number of boards, all embedded in real estate, contributing her four decades of experience to the direction and standards of the wider profession. It is leadership that benefits agents, buyers and sellers well beyond REDZetc.

Her proudest achievement

Ask Pam what she is proudest of, and the answer isn’t a deal, a building or a title. It is people.

“Providing opportunities for property professionals to build a successful career for themselves, with my assistance and support on all relevant levels.”

That answer captures what true influence looks like. Pam’s legacy is measured in the careers she has helped launch and the professionals who now stand on their own because she chose to stand behind them.

Why Pam Snyman is Influential

The Influential Awards honour South Africans whose impact reaches far beyond their own success. Pam Snyman embodies that spirit: a 40-year career devoted not only to excellence in real estate, but to multiplying that excellence in others.

Pam will be honoured at the Influential Awards 2026 – Cape Town, taking place on Sunday, 29 November 2026 at the Joseph Stone Auditorium, Athlone.

Congratulations, Pam — your influence is building South Africa’s property profession, one career at a time.
